SECRECY AGREEMENT

 

 

 

The undersigned, an employee of [Firm Name] of [City, State], USA, the employer of said employee, hereby acknowledges that he/she has been fully advised and informed by said employer that any and all communications made or occurring between any certified public accountant and his or her clients, and particularly between the said firm [Firm Name], and each and all of their clients are confidential communications and cannot, under any circumstances, be divulged, expressed, or explained to any person whoever, except with the particular client involved and that such confidential communications include oral statements, and conversations of said employer and employee’s clients, any and all written statements and written documents prepared and made by said employer for and on ______________________.

 

As a condition of and for and in consideration of the employment of the said under-signed employee by said employer, [Firm Name], and payment of the wages heretofore paid to said employee by said employer, it is understood and agreed as follows, to wit:

 

The undersigned employee agrees that he/she will at all times during the period of the employment of said employee by said employer, and any and all other times, whether or not employed by said employer, strictly keep confidential any and all communications of which said employee may hear, see or acquire any knowledge of, which has heretofore been made, or which may hereafter be made, between said employer and any and all of his clients, including oral conversations whether made in person or by telephone, and the contents of written documents, including letter, and that he/she will not at any time or in any manner divulge of the same, or any part thereof, to any person or persons whomsoever.
